Next years budget not being calculated properly?
I had 5 players coming up for free agency. Their combined salaries were around $20 million. So, when I try to resign one of them the game tells me I only have $7 million on next years budget. So I was unable to sign the player that I wanted to keep.
As soon as they file for free agency, all that money is cleared up and I have over $20 million for free agents. Of course those players will no longer talk to you now. Shouldn't contracts that expire at the end of the year not count toward next years budget? |

Yes, and hoping this would be recognized by the developers.
I've tried pointing to a couple of errors that I have not seen posted. But I don't get a TT#. If it isn't an error than maybe an explanation? |

I'm sorry for the awfully slow response to this thread.
![]() Obviously, some time has passed since you posted this issue, and the 1.0.2 patch has since been released as well. Are you still seeing this issue? Please let me know! Do you think this is essentially the same issue under discussion here? http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...d.php?t=126753 Thanks, Steve |

I don't think this has been a problem with Patch 2.
I will look more carefully. |

I'll close this for now.
If you feel it's still an issue, just PM me, and I can reopen! Thanks, Steve |
