Recently added team not in 'Affiliates' tab

Small problem. I've created a eight team league and after simming a few seasons, I wanted to add one more team to each division of four. I added the teams, but for some reason one of the teams does not show up in the 'Names & Affiliates" tab, it shows that I only have 9 teams.

The league standings show all ten teams.

I apologize if this has been noted already, I didn't have time to search all 5 pages of this thread.

Please let me know if there is any additional information you may need.

We have been unable to reproduce this problem or find it in the code. Have you seen this again, or are you able to reproduce this issue. It's TT# 1429 in our system.
