Manager Depth Charts and Scouts
When asking my manager or bench coach to determine my pitching or positional depth charts, I've been noticing some strange selections. At first I thought it was due to managerial preferences, but some just didn't make sense no matter how they were looked at.
Then it hit me that the selections seemed to make a lot of sense if I was going by SISA ratings, but not if I was going by my scouts' ratings. Seeing as how SISA is supposed to represent the worst level of scouts (with incomplete reports at that), their opinions aren't really the ones that I'd want my managers to go by. If coaches are using default SISA scouting ratings to base their selections upon, I would recommend that the default be set to an average of the ratings of one's own scouts. |

Never mind. Looking into this further, it seems to usually function the way I desired.
