Add General Manager: Cannot set a more recent year in long-running leagues

Steps/Description
1) From the Main Menu, select New Game
2) Begin any type of new universe in any past year (1950, for instance)
3) From the Leage menu, select Schedule
4) Advance X years into the future (in my case, I simmed to 2005)
5) Once in the desired year, select Game
6) Select Add General Manager
7) Select Add another Manager
8) Click the Year drop-down in the Date of Birth row

Bug: The most recent year available in the Date of Birth dropdown when trying to create a new manager is the year that the league was created. For instance, if a league is created in 1950, then the user simulates to 2005, and wants to create a manager born in 1982, he cannot do it.

This bug has only been seen once, but I have also not tried to reproduce it.

It's more than minor to me, since I want to create myself with an accurate biography after giving my league the 50+ years of history.
