how do I know the patch is applied successfully?

Does anyone know how to make sure the patch is applied successfully?
What version number should it be after applying the patch??
Is 1.0.0.12231 correct??

I believe it should be 1.0.1.#####. (I don't have the build number in front of me.)

Your version number looks like the initial release version.

The main game screen should say 1.0.1.12242.

So....I guess i didn't patch it successfully

When I excute the downloaded patch file, a command-line window jumps out and then disappears immediately.
However, the version number in the main screen is still 1.0.0.12231
Any idea??

The advice in another thread was to:

1. uninstall
2. download a fresh copy
3. reinstall

Your version number should reflect the patched version of the game.
