Markus just mentioned today that this might be because the team in question already traded a player involved in the proposal somewhere else (or released him)...any chance you could check the transaction log if that team traded anybody on that day?

We have a rule that states that Tech Support threads wherein we have not received a response within 7 days will be closed.
