Still have Financials problem

I am using a financial excel spreadsheet to change the financials to be historically correct. Again I started in 1962 and now it is 1967 and 65% of the teams including mine have no money left. I had someone send a zip file of this situation and was wondering a few things

1. Is this situation being addressed

2. Is there a work around for this situation

3. Would you like a copy of my league files

And the problem get even worse, 7 years into my historical sim and there is not one team that is not in the negative with their financials. I can't trade because no team has any money. Please tell me a work around or anything. I am going to stop playing until this is fixed. This is a big problem. It is no fun when you can't trade.....

I would really like to find out if the financials are being addressed in 1.03.

You need to raise the amount of money teams are making, upping the average media contract or average ticket prices and/or attendance in the game setup... or the more annoying labor intensive editing each team.
Or you need to lower the amount of money teams are spending, lowering the average player salaries in the game setup.

I don't know exacts of your situation, are too many players making too much money... whatever. Taking a guess on this since I haven't seen such a problem.
There IS a problem with how all that works though. You could have it set up so that everything SHOULD be okay... but the average salary controls don't control the salary levels as much as it should (superstar average salary at 16 million, and yet I have many players demanding 23+ million)... but I can't get anyone to admit or agree that this situation just doesn't make sense.

Anyhow, can you locate a REASON why all the teams have no money? Then you can adjust to fix it.

I have even tried an excel file on this site that adjusts financials for every year so that they are historical correct... I think I will just start the league with everyone getting 100mil in cash, kinda like the fix for 6.5
