Just to confirm I have also seen this happen. Probably doesn't matter but FWIW mine happened in spring training with expanded rosters.

This same thing appeared once in each of the 3 games I've played out today.

This is known, logged, and supposedly fixed for the patch (though not sure if it really is yet). Don't have the TT# handy though.
