License not found

Hey,

I had won a preview code of the game and finished up with it about a week ago or so. Today I go to install my new license from when I pre-ordered and the game says it can't find the license. I tried off-line request and the same message occurs. Is this something I'm doing..i.e. is the preview game I downloaded different from the full game?

Yeah, I think that's the issue. I believe that people who have run into similar problems have had to unlicense and completely uninstall the preview version and then install the actual version. After that, you should be fine.

Control Panel, eLicense Control, open the Sports Interactive folder, right click the game icon and Unlicense.

And if that doesn't work for you due to eLicense's control panel occasionally not working, there should be an 'unlicense ootp' shortcut under the start menu.

We have a rule in Tech Support that says that requests that have gone more than 3 days awaiting a response from the customer will be closed. This thread fits that bill, so I'm going to go ahead and marked this issue as "closed."

If you disagree, please let us know, it's no problem to re-open this. It's an administrative thing we do to try to ensure that only active issues are being researched.
