I pre-ordered the game on February 20th. Unfortunately about a week ago, both of my computers crashed two days apart. Normally, I have a backup of the Outlook personal folders in case something happened to one of the computers, but when they both go down obviously it created an issue.
So the day I get my laptop back up and running I have an e-mail saying that because I pre-ordered the game I can download and play it before anyone else. I'm thinking, "Great!! I can't wait to play!!" And then it hits me: I don't have my license that was on my computers since they both went down. But then I figured, well I'll just send of a couple e-mails - one to Via Tech and one to Marc Duffy - and one or both of them will get back to me probably a day later with my license and all would be right in the world. Unfortunately it hasn't happened that way. I sent the first two requests for help last Thursday. Since then, I haven't heard anything else. On Saturday (I think it was Saturday), I sent two more requests for help. Maybe the second two were overkill, but here I am a customer who has paid for a program and instead of having the genuine thing, I am stuck playing a demo that keeps popping up stupid "BUY ME" boxes and oh, BTW, I can only play for 6 months. Anyhow, I am hoping by posting this that someone will be able to help me find my license. The e-mail that I originally purchased the game under is jtemp78@charter.net, but I have since changed that e-mail to jtemp78@clearwire.net. If anyone out there can help me out, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Jason Templeton ![]() |

Steve -
I still haven't gotten any responses from anyone. I'm getting pretty upset at the lack of response. I cannot believe that it takes this long to look up a single transaction. If I don't get my license number by tomorrow night, I will request a refund. Jason |

Did you send your messages to support@elicense.com, or did you find another address? This problem seems pretty peculiar, because most people feel they are very responsive. I can only suspect that your messages somehow haven't gotten to them. I'm very sorry, I understand you must be very frustrated. Please don't give up, I'm doing everything in my limited power to get an answer for you! Please don't miss out on a great game because of a licensing problem! We'll get it fixed! Steve |
