1901 Historical Start and the All Star Game Question
I created a "fake" historical league using Comedian2004's excellent instructions found here.
http://www.planetootp.com/FakeHistory/Default.htm Everything works great for me except the All-Star Game. I have the schedule All Star Game option checked, but when I get to the next season one isn't scheduled. I'm only running 1902 right now. Will OOTP wait until 1933 to run the first All Star Game, as it happened in real life? Is the creation of the all star game tied into the league schedule? Its not really important for me to have an all star game right now. I'm just trying to understand why one isn't being scheduled even though I have the All Star game box checked. |

You could try changing the All-Star Game setting in the schedule file itself. The only issue there is that if you add an All-Star Game to years where there wasn't one, it may mess with your historical schedules in that games after the event may be taking place a couple of days later than they really should. |

Thanks for the response. I'm happy to wait until 1933, I just wanted to make sure that it wasn't running the All Star Game because I was doing something wrong.
