Add Cash Bug?

I have a old/overpaid 2-star middle relief pitcher who I was trying to dump, so I try to trade to some teams with a weak bullpen for a crappy prospect or bench player. I offer some player for player trades and all the teams say "I am sorry, but I will not accept trades that include vastly overpaid veterans". So I decide to try to add some cash to the deal to see if they would accept, I add $1,000,000 at first, and the other team says "Thats a great deal, ill accept immedietely". So I systematically reduce the cash offering to see how low they would go, and for some reason, even if I add $1 to the deal, the other team says "Thats a great deal, ill accept immedietely".

I am assuming this is a bug.

Yes, it is, and one we need to make sure has been addressed in the upcoming patch. IIRC, it's been marked fixed, but thanks for the reminder.
