Grand Slam bug

I did a search for this and did not find anything. If this is already logged then I'm very sorry! Anyway, a guy on my team hit a grand slam and was credited with 5 RBI.

Please give us the game log if you can and explain the type of league it happened in.

The game was played in a typical MLB-league setup. I have attached the game log as a txt-file. The grand slam took place in the top of the 9th.

He did have 5 RBI in the game, did the box score credit him with 6? If yes, can you give me a copy of the box score?
