Screen Resolution Problem

I am trying to open the game...when I do the colors on my monitor screw up. The game itself turns all gray and the pixels looked messed up. When I exit out of the game my monitor goes back to normal and everything is fine. Is this a game issue? do i need to change the screen resolution in the game or on my comp?

It isn't a game issue as far as I know but first, do you have the latest drivers for your video card? I suggest updating that first. If that doesn't do it then just try to run the game on a lower screen setting than you have. Of course, that begs the question, what are your video settings right now? Would have to know all of this before I could give you any help on the matter. But, try updating your video card first. Some games really need the newest drivers to work properly.
It might be something else, but let me know what happens when you do the above two things and also let me know what your video card is, full specs and name and also what your computer memory is. Will try to narrow it down for you.

What type of computer are you using? PC or Mac or Intel Mac?

Therein lies your problem. It's a Dell. I am constantly fixing my daughter's Dell.
No, seriously, if you don't know the specs or anything it would be very hard to figure out where the problem lies. If it is an older Dell, then I am sure it has an internal video card and that isn't so good. You may not have enough memory on the card or if it is using part of the computers memory then the computer itself may not have enough memory.
Don't know what to tell you without those numbers though. Sorry. Hope you get it worked out.

As there hasn't been any update from the OP in the last week, this thread will be closed for housekeeping purposes. If there is any update to it, let us know and we'll reopen the thread.
