A coach I didn't even know existed left my team

Maybe there's something I don't know about, but I just got a message that Stewart Lee, Team Trainer at my AAA affiliate, just left the team because his contract ran out. However, my AAA team doesn't have a trainer. Is there actually a trainer there that doesn't show up on my personnel page or is this a bug?

It's a Major League game that I let sim 10 years and then I took over the Twins. I made a couple of minor changes (for example, scouting is off) but for the most part, it's just a basic major league game.

I am seeing this happen frequently in my league as well. Ghost trainers from my minor league teams or general managers I didn't know existed will leave the team each year.
