All-Star Scheduling Help

I'm having trouble with a custom schedule and the all-star game. Every time I get to the pre-season I try to import my schedule and it schedules the All-Star game on a day with other games. The days during the all-star break are all empty.

I have 'Hold All Star Game' checked and 'Automatically Schedule All Star Game' unchecked. I cleared the schedule before importing it.

Also, I'm rotating 3 different schedules so each division plays a different division each year in interleague play. However it always schedules the all star game so one league is the home team. The other league never gets to host an all-star game. Is there any way to fix this?
