Question for leagues that have simmed a lot of years
Do you ever adjust the financials or ticket prices? History shows that prices go up every year, do you try and emulate this or do you just leave it as is?

that depends on what you are looking for. if you want 'realism', then make adjustments. it works fine that way.
in my league, we wanted consistency across all years statistically and economically, so we adjusted the data files to have duplicate data for every year. some might object to this, but we like knowing that a home run in 1815 is the same value as a homer in 1943, and the same holds true for contracts. we have a good historic understanding of the value of a player since things do not change. $700,000 is $700,000. |

The only times we've adjusted ticket prices or financials is when new versions of the game lead to changes in those areas that we have to correct for.
