Proneness

I have a question about Proneness. Is 0 in proneness the best or is it 250? If I want to create an iron man player would I want him straight 0's across his proneness ratings or 250's?

Thanks!

You want zeros. 250 and your pitcher's will turn into Mark Prior.

I don't know the answer to this, but you could try checking anywhere during "The Streak" by Cal Ripken Jr. , which I believe ran from 1982 through 1998. If the game is doing it's job, the "Iron Man" should give you your answer at one extreme end or the other. I might be wrong about that though, as it might be generated randomly upon startup. Can't hurt to check it.

Does proneness change over time?

As in - a pitcher gets a serious arm injury, and his arm injury proneness jumps say, 30 points?

And this is more for beta testers and insiders. How come proneness is a secret? Why can't it be displayed like every other trait? I know especially in the draft, if you don't use feeder leagues, you have no idea if someone is prone or not before you take them. This results in some teams repeatedly getting "unlucky" with injury prone players they had no idea they were taking.

I created a player a while back and had a low proneness to injury. He ended up with some little injuries then had a severe knee injury and I checked it in the player editor and it had risen about 40 points. I went from a 7 to a 47.

I always thought that was the case, but it's good to see someone's actually seen it. Thanks.
