Mods not working...can you help?

Hi all guys,
i'm new to this forum...not to the game of course

I decided to purchase OOTP11 and downloaded every possible mod from Padresfan's site, but it looks like i can't get them working.

I have placed the players' pictures in the "photos" folder of OOTP, but when i create a new game they do not show up. I also downloaded every logo of MLB and MiLB and put them all in the logos folder, but as soon as the game starts every team has the wrong (fictional) logo.

Can you please help me out? What am i doing wrong?

Did you put them directly into each folder, or did you put a folder of pictures inside the pictures folder, etc. OOTP doesn't do subfolders.

Hi James, thanks for the reply.

I have put them all directly into the folders, did not do any subfolder.

On a side note, is it possible to create a custom league with MLB players (not fictional ones)?
