small UI improvement

At the top of the screen, there are two menu pairs side by side.

There is the league_selection/league_options and the team_selection/team_options. I think the ways these are designed is counter-intuitive.

In nearly all drop-down boxes, in the windows world, where a selection can be made, the item to be changed, is what is clicked on to get the appropriate drop-down box. So, for example, when I want to change team, the intuitive thing to do is click on the current team name, and expect to get a drop down of the other teams that may be selected. But the OOTP 11 design, instead, has the league options at that place.

What I am suggesting is that the drop-down selections in the pairs be switched in order to be more intuitive.

It's not a big deal. But I constantly am fooled by this situation. I doubt that I am in a minority in that respect.

Seems like it'd be an easy improvement if such controls exist in OOTP 12.

I agree. It is more intuitive to click on the team name dropdown to select the team. I still screw this up too.
