Can someone help me here and recommend what I am looking for?

I am not sure if OOTP baseball offers this in the online leagues. I am looking for an online league option where my friends and I can have a league and we manage each individual game against each other.

I prefer managing (make pitching changes, pinch hit, pinch run, etc) each game compared to simming a number of games at a game.

I am also looking for a manage mode like OOTP where the games are finished rather quickly (15 minutes or so).

Do you mean "head to head" over the Internet? If that is the case, no. OOTP does not have that as a feature. However, there are desktop sharing programs that make this possible. A Google search for "desktop sharing" will give you some options.

OOTP 13 allows you to manage down to the smallest detail of control. However, it goes without saying that managing for each pitch, each situation, down to the smaller details goes against your other preference of 15 minute games.

Thanks for responding. Yes, I am looking for an online head-to-head league. Do you know of any baseball games that offer this feature?

As far as I know, and I think I know all of the text simulation baseball games there are, head to head doesn't exist. But don't let that scare you from desktop sharing software. There are free ones that work well for head to head. I played head to head with another beta tester last year, and it went quite well. And software is getting better all the time. AIM Pro has desktop share now, and it's free.
