(or, better yet, which file can I find them in). I think this is appropriate, as, in real life, any team exceeding those slot numbers now gets fined as follows: 0-5% over: 75% tax on the overage 5-10% over: 75% tax on the overage plus loss of their next first round pick 10-15% over: 100% tax on the overage plus loss of their next first and second round picks 15%+ over: 100% tax on the overage plus loss of their next two first round picks. http://mlbplayers.mlb.com/mlb/downloads/2011_CBA.pdf
