ok so I am working with the 2012 MLB real roster setup that comes with OOTP13... What i would like to do is delete the rookie and short season A leagues leaving just 3 levels of minors.

Id like to replace those teams with a couple of low-level independent leagues with the hope that fringe prospects that can't play A ball would join those teams.

How will it work if I turn off financials for those leagues? Would players still go there if there are no spots for them at the A level?

If I left financials on, how should I set them? Would the financial co-efficient option work in this instance?

Should I increase the roster size for affiliated class A teams since they are now the lowest level team in the Majors?
