What do you look for in an online league?

Scouts/ coaches on or off....real or fictional players (I find the leagues that are using a mix of old and new real players interesting) lots of teams, smaller leagues etc.

What about your settings?

What makes a great league?

Coaches: no
Scouts: yes, but equal (or very close to it)
Ratings: 1-10; Also like displaying potential ratings, only
Contracts: Rules that prevent Team Options "abuse"
Players: Fictional, although using legendary players can be fun, too
Sim: Never more than a week
League Size: 20 to 24 teams
Frequency of sims: 5 times per week
Rule V: Yes
