In EHM you were able to adjust the scoring settings; will this be a feature in FHM 13?

Also, will I be able to create a 20-24 team league using non-fictional players?

Don't know about the the scoring settings as I haven't seen it answered but you can delete teams, change divisions/conferences/re-align to your heart's content as well have have expansion drafts and initial fantasy draft.

In the original EHM scoring was adjustable, but to be quite honest it wasn't a solution as lower scoring was way too long and higher was way too high, they were never able to get good variances IMO. In EHM 2005 and 2007 I don't think we were able to adjust, one of the reasons I could no longer get into the game is because every year you'd have at least 50 PPG players and a dozen or so 100 point plus players.

Nailing the realism from the get go or being able to edit into it is a huge factor for the long term success of the game for me at least. Knowing OOTP's track record regarding editing I'm pretty sure this will be in and implemented properly.

Yes, you can edit the scoring level in FHM.
