get a manager from another team?

I am going to start a new game as the Cubs. Just want to get sandberg as MGR and Theo as GM. Just wondering where I go to make this happen or what exactly to do? Thanks for any help

If you are in commissioner mode, simply edit one or both of them to be on your team. Otherwise, I think you have to wait til they are both Free Agents.
