Injuries...

I'm about to start my third season as Cubs GM. Year one I lost 89 games, last season 112. Needless to say, things are off to a bit of a bad start. Injuries to my pitching staff are killing me. Not short injuries, but the 5-6 month kind. Is their an injury setting that I'm missing??

There is an injury setting in league setup (I forget the exact location), but it's more likely that you're just getting unlucky, rather than a setting being off.
