Hiring away personnel

As far as I can tell, OOTP doesn't allow me to trade for or otherwise hire away coaches and personnel from other teams. I'd like to to do this, though, using commissioner mode.

Is there some way I can, while GM of team A, force team B to fire a coach?

If I could do that, I could then hire him, and use "force trade" to send players or money to that team, simulating a trade.

From the Manager Menu , look in the lower left, Select the team you want to "Act As"... This lets you basically control the team without being its GM...
