Changing the location of the save files

I just installed the game via steam and the save files are now pointing to my documents in my profile on my C drive. Is it possible to change the location of the save files to another folder on another drive? I didn't see anything in the menus that really jumped out at me.

I'm not sure how the Steam version works. Steam is picky with where game files are stored, IIRC. Still, you may see if you can change the location here, under Preferences in the startup menu (I still have 14 installed at work, but it's the same in 15):
