Free Agency Issue

Hoping someone can figuring out what is going on here.

In my first off-season, I hit free agency. I offered about 5 minor league contracts and 7 major league contracts.

I received personal messages for all minor league contracts giving me a contract update. I did not receive a single notification for the major league contracts. I only got a message AFTER they signed with another team.

I looked in the Pending Offers and none of my contract offers showed up there. I would go back to the screen to offer them the contract and receive the message that says, "That's a fair offer, Thank you..."

I know from previous versions I would always get a notification for major league players. Especially high profile ones (I put in an offer for Max Scherzer and Hanley Ramirez). I have $20 million available in the Money for Free Agents.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
