The draft ocean

Playing the New 2014 MLB game, my first draft pool just released, and it's more like an ocean. I'm showing 5,562 players in the pool. I only have it set to generate for 40 rounds, and with 30 teams that should only be 1,200 players. Where'd the rest all come from? (or is this expected)

That's all the real players we created. Download the latest version, the pool's been greatly reduced.

You guys made all those guys! That's pretty dang impressive work.

I'd have to start a new game to get the reduced pool though, wouldn't I?

You would

You can always just retire a bunch of the lower rated guys to thin things out in your already started league.

I have the international leagues, so that will absorb some of it. I figure a lot of them will retire on their own within a couple years.
