unbelieveable bad luck?

Was playing a game today, had David price pitching a no hitter into the 6th inning. with 2 outs, he proceeds to hit 3 batters in a row (74 control) and then give up a grand slam to a player with a contact rating of 49 and power rating of 31. Stretches the bounds of believability to me.....

Ratings i mentioned are 1-100 scale

Oh, I understand that its mathematically possible, just trying to comprehend the odds of that actually happening. Wondering if i need to go out and buy a lottery ticket today.

It's unlikely that David Price would hit 3 batters in a row, but it's not unrealistic for players who don't have a lot of power to get lucky and hit home runs in the right situation.

I suspect if a pitcher hit two batters in a row, it would prompt a visit to the mound and possibly a talk from the umpire. However, I agree with the above posters: small sample size and such. Maybe David Price was doing his best Rick Ankiel impression?
