How do I set up a promotion/demotion world?

I'd like to make a baseball league similar to over seas soccer, I can't seem to figure it out, can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

What are you trying right now? You have to manually move the teams after the seasons end, there is no way for the game to automatically do it. I would wait until the next preseason begins to move teams from one league to another (using the edit league structure tab) because this way their history won't get all messed up. I'd go back and look at the promoted and relegated teams finances after you do this to make sure they make sense

So I should just make my top league with a 10 for league rep and then go down from there correct? Then at the end of the year do it manually, got it. Thanks I didn't know that it didn't happen automatically.

yea it's your call on league rep. I don't know how much a difference one point or two points make, but definitely provide some differentiation and see how it goes and change it from there.
