Brett Butler only a 1 in bunting for a hit?

I imported brett butler from 1994 and when he was up to bat I noticed his rating for bunt for hit was 1. Is this a lower is better rating or something or a big mistake? He was like the king of bunt hitting.

No, 1 means "non-existent." It may be that the game does not do well in creating this particular rating from the historical database that it uses.

I'm not a "historical" guy so I'm just spinning tales here, but I suspect that part of the problem is that data wasn't tracked about "bunts for hits." In a boxscore, it's just a single. So, when importing, OOTP likely has no way to know who was good at bunting for a hit or not.

Could be wrong though.

Right, so then, the only option really would be to manually edit things like this if you really felt the need to do so...
