Come up with a way to better handle images especially for online leagues.

Remove redundant images. html/news/person_pictures and html/news/profile_pictures should be consolidated. Sometimes there are pictures for the same player in both places and a lot of times they are out of sync. The news items seem to pull pics from person_pictures which look to be slightly smaller than those on profile_pictures. The ones in profile_pictures also have a transparent background.
The news stories should just use the profile picture to avoid duplicating images.

Good idea. I've noticed that the game could use some optimization and consolidating those would be a place to start.
