fictional league setup question

So I started a fictional ML based on MLB, same number of teams, games, etc.. I added in Japan and a couple of other international leagues and discovered ex-MLB'ers like Kevin Youkilis who are playing in Japan were now in the game. Is there a way that the international leagues can also start with an inaugural draft of fictional players?

You'd probably need to add fictional international leagues, instead of adding the pre-setup ones. I haven't done this for a while, so can't remember if it schedules an inaugural draft for them also, but if they're entirely fictional, all the players will be entirely fictional too.

Yeah, if you use the wizard you can create a fictional league with a "real world structure" and the Japan setup will be one of the options and they will be fictional players with Japanese names.
