Can you remove the real players from the draft?

So I was wondering if you could delete the real players that are in the draft. Basically, have a draft with all fictional players. I feel like the drafts that OOTP auto-generates are more realistic than the ones in 2014, 15, and 16 due to the fact that you can't find a 5* prospect in the 7th round. So is there a way to get those "better" drafts implemented during the first three years?

Just delete all the players from the draft pool and the game will re-generate fictional players.

Are you using the latest patch? You shouldn't be able to find a 5* prospect in the 7th round with the real players though. There certainly aren't that many highly rated real guys.

It will? Sweet. I didn't know it was that easy.

And I think I have the most recent patch. The 7th rounder I mentioned was a guy named Parker Kelly. He's a half star reliever, but when converted to 2B, he instantly becomes 5 star potential

Oh, I see. He is a bit overrated as a position player, maybe as a pitcher as well to be honest.

I hadn't looked at him since spring when he was much higher on the lists than he is now.

I think you have to do it at least a few days before the draft.

You may need to reset the "reveal draft pool" setting to a time period after you did the deletions to get the game to do the new generation, but that would be the extent of the extra work you'd need to do.

Is there a specific file or something that can be deleted to remove the real players from 2014, '15, and '16 drafts?
