need help with my key to make game work

i just took my lap top computer in to get fixed ,how a register problem. Got my lap top back from geek squad. tried everything out and the game worked fine played a game and then shut it down. it's been 3 days now and i fired the game up and it said i had to purchase the game or enter the license key and i entered it and it said there are no more keys left .

why did this happen? how do i release a key a key so i can put it in this game, that already worked before. what could of happened that would unmoved the key for this game. could someone else be using it now?

You will have to contact tech support to have them help you.
The only way I know to release a license is to be in the original game.
I am sure if you explain the problem they can do something about it.

thanks i got a ticket in so i'll see what happens

i could un license my game on my computer i don't play the game on, then try and license the other computer would that work

yes, you have 2 licenses per purchase...worth a try!

I sent in a ticket and within 12 hours I not only got a email back It was reset and working that's why this game is the best

Now I can't wait until OOTP 16 Thank you
