Minors statistics

I am curious why some players include complete major league and minor league statistics and other do not. As an example, Jimmy Rollins shows his complete major league statistics but shows no minor leagues. I also noticed it with players in other leagues, such a Doug Clark, why does he show a couple of years of foreign ball statistics but not all of the years he has played? These are just two examples. Will the statistics be complete in the new version? Is there a reason why they are like this?

I love the game, always have always will (And I will be pre-ordering tonight)!

No they won't be complete in ootp 16 because I'm basically the only one that does the minor lg. stats..and have never had the time to add them to all the MLB players. To date, I've added close to 250,000 stats and they have to be hand collected as Ootp doesn't purchase these. This yr. I had to do the 2014 stats for the MLB, all Minor lgs. including DSL & VSL, Mexican and all the new Indy teams. Someone else does the Int'l lgs. That's why some MLB players may show those, but not their minor lg. stats.
Hopefully this satisfies your curiosity

One thing everyone can do to help, is to make a list of those players that are missing stats and PM them to me so that I can make sure they get added at some point.

Hey, I've been adding as many missing MiLB stats for guys as I can find!

Remember that huge file I sent you a while ago?

I've actually got another one I'm working on now as well.

But I do focus more on the int leagues than MLB so I see the int league guys who are missing MiLB and int stats more than I do the MLB guys.

Anyone I see missing their MiLB stats, I'll grab the stats and add them to my file. But there are quite a few of these guys an it's not the highest priority task for either Rod or I. Plus, we're the only guys doing stats for the game, and we both do a million and one other things as well.

But yeah, send either of us a list of guys you see with missing stats, and we'll eventually get them into the game.

We should have the missing MiLB stats for most guys in the stats we bought this year, right?

EDIT: Just checked, yeah they're there

I actually noticed that career indy stats weren't included though, which ticked me off since I thought they were supposed to be.

I may just go back and buy those separately so we'll have them. I've hand collected the last four year's stats for the Atlantic League, and already added the batters stats to the db, but I'm not wanting to do that for all the indy leagues.

Yes - I really appreciate the extensive "real Life" history. I am very much into the statistical portion of the game and have always played out ever game at all levels (I am happy to make it through one year each game revision for the past 10 years). I am working on collecting new pictures of the low ball and independent league players. At the same time I have also been compiling stats. Let me know if there are specific items you need help with.

Can't blame you there as those Indy's were a PITA to do expecially the fielding.
Don't waste your money....those stats were a bitch to do...a lot of his data is incorrect and it takes me more time to lookup and fix that stuff than It does to just auto import them to my spreadsheet.
We've got to get them anyway for the new Project..as that gets completed, every MLB and Minor leaguer will have complete stats.
BTW...you could however, pay me and you'd get them fully formatted.
