question, I should know this but if you start out in GM only can you take over as manager late in the season?

If you go into commissioner mode you can change between, GM, GM-Manager and Manager.

Love the presets. Gonna have to change a ton of mgrs in my EBL vs MLB league on Monday.

Any advantage for having the team strategies (you pick) match up with, say, the bench coach's tendencies? Any advantage for having the strategy preferences of the bench coach align with those of the manager?

Thanks for posting this. Yes, I wrote those and as the PR/marketing guy, I should have posted them here, but it's been crazy lately, as you can imagine. I haven't been on the forums as much as I would like, so if anyone sees any threads that need a response from me, feel free to PM me. I'll have an easier time participating here again after OOTP 16 ships.

That's awesome. Even if it didn't have any bearing, I'd likely still try and do it anyways, to be realistic.
