expansion team creation

im new to ootp and I want to add an expansion team to an existing league. is there a quick and easy way besides creating an entire fictional league and just add one team to the default league. thanks for your input

Are you looking to add 1 or 2 teams?
For 2 teams go to League Settings - on the left you will see expand league (Must be in Offseason) expansion draft will be scheduled. Game will add minor leagues.
For 1 team go to League setting - edit League structure and add team to the division you want - Generate new schedule. Populate the team and add minor league affiliates if wanted by the same process per level.
