Should I be getting emails on contract negotiations with free agents? (I am). That seems like emails that the GM should be getting.

Are they just informational or are you able to act on them? If just informational I think it is good that you are in the loop. Also in the settings are able to give yourself the option to make some decisions? I don't know I'm only setup as GM\manager.
