Sabermetric versus Traditional Lineup

Depends on what players you have. If you have a bunch of guys with huge splits then sabermetric is probably the way to go. If your players splits aren't very big or nearly non-existent then you won't see much benefit from that style of setup.
Personally I try to go for players who have very similar splits. Just because I think it gives me more consistent overall performance. |

I am old school but I do utilize new school junk late in games if close especially if my batter or pitcher not doing well at that point that only encourages me to make changes

But there weren't computers 100 years ago lol.
I like sabermetric just because I think it has proven to be statistically more advantageous. Therefor, I tend to build my teams around high OBP and SLG guys. However, my best seasons have come with a traditional manager and lots of base stealers. So I may really have no clue how to use sabermetrics lol
