Disable Human Manager Contracts

We've recently converted from 15 to 16 and I need to disable this silly feature but cannot figure out how. Can someone please advise?

Why is it silly, it has no affect on anything. It runs out, it gets renewed. Can't turn it off.

I respectfully disagree with your thought about this being a "silly" feature. I for one wanted this put into the game so it would add more realism for us humans.

A little food for thought: Before you go to converting to a new version, you need to first find out what's new and what's not (aka a little homework).

For an online league I personally think it's unnecessary. It should be entirely optional

Respectfully, just because I'm questioning whether it's possible to disable a single feature doesn't mean no homework or research was done. Far from it in fact. Forum is for feedback which is why I posted. Thanks

Yea we should have an option to turn off certain players contracts as well.
