Seriously, fan interest/loyalty needs an overhaul

I've got a team that has won 5 WS in the last 8 seasons. Finally, my fan loyalty increased from poor to below avg. Just in time as 2 expansion teams come up. Austin Tx - below avg. Jax,FL - average. ????????? So 2 teams, who have never played a game, have just as good or better loyalty as my 10yr old, pennant-winning franchise? For realz?

And this season, I'm getting all of these notices about fan interest decreasing because of minor league players signing elsewhere. Huh? these are guys that haven't been able to climb past single A. And it's causing fan repellent at the parent club???? A 15 game win streak doesn't budge the meter. But a pushing 30, less than mediocre RF, who can't get any other franchise to sign him, going to the independent leagues has fans cancelling their season ticket purchases? My fan interest has been steadily dropping, from a high of 99 in the 1st 3 years of my franchise, to its current 60.

I have not had anything that extreme but I would like to see some work here. Especially because it drives so much of the financial engine,

I checked the fan interest of my minor system. All of them have higher fan interest than the parent club. Many are at 100%. They are the ones losing their local favorites, but the major league fans are the ones that are affected? This makes sense?

There are too many Brian Daubach/Lou Merloni types in OOTP. The fan interest is affected too much by the fringe players.
