rookie signings

I just completed a draft and I do not know if rookies are automatically signed or not. Can you tell judging from this screen?

I failed to mention that under team control settings, that I control transactions and minor league free agent signings and releases. I do not know if drafted players fall under those umbrellas.

He's signed to a Minor League Contract.

Do you have Advanced Draftee Signing Bonuses enabled? If enabled, then rookies will demand signing bonuses, if not then they go to your minors on an MiLC automatically.

I think I had turned that off when I began the game. I can't quite remember if I had and I cant remember how to get to that option to check and see. There is alot to keep with and haven't quite got the knack of getting around the menus.

It's in League Setup, on the Rules Tab, right hand side near top.
