pitcher expectations
I have a few pitchers that look as though they would make good starters according to their ratings, but they all show that their expectations are of being in the bullpen. Is it a bad idea to force a pitcher whose expectations are bullpen into a starter role? Does it affect their morale?

a couple do have more than two pitches in their toolbox. stamina isn't high, but around 10-13 on the 20 point system. I figure it would be better to start guys with good stuff, movement, and location that had decent stamina than guys that had were not so good in those categories but had high stamina. I guess my thinking is why put a guy out there that can last but gets racked than a guy you might have to pull after 80 pitches, but actually does his job. It's all tradeoffs i guess, with no clear answers.
