Can't Turn Off Pitcher Warm-Up

I am in a game that I imported from OOTP 16 and I have always had it set to No Pitcher Warm-Ups required.

It is now set to them as required.... but the real problem is that in the Game Options page, the drop-down is greyed out and I am not allowed to turn it off!

Hmmm...I'm not sure the Options dropdown would ever be greyed out unless you were watching a game, none of the teams are your own, and you are not in commish mode. Might be a bug, sure, but any or all of those the case?

Edit: There were, IIRC, a couple of changes made to the control selection screen, so just checking.

I was playing one of the teams, my name is clearly displayed under the manager control options.

Wait... commish mode? You need to be in commish mode to change that?

(I set it to that so long ago I didn't realize it)

I believe if the game has started you cannot change it, but you should be able to set it pre-game

Right. Can change it before the game, but not after it started.
