Relative ratings random change

At random intervals the ratings for the players will change from MLB to another random league in my game. I'm running the 2016 Standard game with all of the international and independent leagues. I have to click on a player and switch the relative drop down back to MLB. This doesn't affect gameplay but it is annoying to have to go back and change it several times a season.

Notice this as well. Seem to happen every time I sim a month.

Yep, I'm having the same issue. Suddenly all of my players are 70 or 80 out of 80 and it turns out I'm suddenly seeing ratings relative to the Dutch leagues or something. Very weird.
