Tried to upload recap to Facebook, entire game record disappeared!

I just today noticed the Facebook symbol on the recap page so after a league game today I wrote up a recap, clicked "Leave Game", exited OOTP17, then a little while later came back into OOTP17 only to find there was absolutely no record of my having played that game. Although I had played a complete game now there's no record of it and the schedule indicates my next league game to play is the one I already played and tried to upload the recap to Facebook.

When trying to upload to Facebook I got a response that there was a system problem and my recap could not be uploaded. Fair enough, but sad to see my whole (11 inning!) game vanish from the records.

Has anyone else tried to post a recap on Facebook and did you encounter this problem, too?
